AIG Completes One-Year QAQC Services for Offshore FSO Repair & Life Extension Project
TOK BALI SUPPLY BASE, 29th MAY 2024: AIG has successfully completed a one-year QAQC Inspection Services for the Repair & Life Extension (RLE) Project onboard a Floating, Storage & Offloading (FSO) Facility . The services, which commenced in June 2023 involved Hull Steel Structural Replacement works carried out by the Client.
The scope of services included the provision of Quality Assurance document preparation and review, experienced Structural QC Inspectors for offshore inspection, and comprehensive reporting.
Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QAQC) is a critical aspect of this project. Procedures and processes was developed and implemented to ensure the finished construction project met all specifications and requirements. QAQC involved checking and documenting all materials, processes, and construction work to ensure compliance with set standards and requirement.
